is BookBazaar.net?
Textbooks are expensive, and you often only need them for one
semester and then never again. There is a large gap between how much
bookstores will sell you books for and how much they will buy old
books back from you for (if they even buy them back from you at all).
BookBazaar.net lets you take advantage of that gap.
With BookBazaar.net, you can buy books from other students
for less than you could buy them from bookstores, and you can sell your
old
books to other students for more than you could sell them to bookstores.

Create an account to manage your book listings. |

Post your old books using the "Post New Item To Sell" form on your
account page. |

Students who need your book will search
for it using the search form on either the homepage or the search
page.
Interested students will contact you via a form on your book listing's

You and the buyer then should arrange to meet on campus so that the
buyer can buy the book from you. |

At the bottom of the search page, there will be a list of
books matching your search. Click the See Listing link next
to a book you need to open the webpage for that book listing. |

Contact the seller using the form at the bottom of the book
listing's page. |

The seller should soon reply to you. You and the seller
then should arrange to meet on campus so that you
can buy the book from the seller. |
Nothing. Any money a buyer pays for a book goes directly to the seller. We
don't take a cut.
No. You only need to create an account to sell books.
No. Your email address is only used so that buyers can contact sellers.
Log in to your account. On the right side of your
account page, there is a section called My Account Info. At the top
right of that section, there are two links labeled "Edit account
info" and "Change password." You should use those links.
If your university isn't listed, then no one from your university has posted
a book to sell yet.
In a public place such as a library or a school building.
You should log in to your account, open your book listing
(using a link in the section called My Book Listings in the bottom right of
your account page), and click the button labeled "Mark This Book Listing
As Sold." Book listings marked as sold will no longer appear in search
results.
